Rebel’s sleep program completely transformed our little ones sleep routine! Our baby was not falling asleep independently (we rocked her for sometime hours to get her down) and waking up several times throughout the night which inevitably led to co-sleeping and two completely exhausted parents. Rebel was life changing for us. Before we had Rebels help our twins were waking up 4-5 times a night taking short day naps. Rebel is absolutely amazing! Our little Sienna would some days take 2 hours plus to get to sleep at night, was either fed or rocked to sleep and would only nap 30 - 40 minutes in the day. I was skeptical of “sleep training” as I didn’t want to put baby through stress and have her cry but Rebels practices meant Sienna knew she was loved and safe whilst still giving her the chance to learn to self soothe! My daughter slept from 7 weeks old til 3.5m then hit the 4m regression hard. She would wake consistently between 5-9 times a night. At 10months old We worked with rebel and within 3-4 nights she was sleeping 7-8 hour chunks with only one wake. Would recommend 10/10.

Rebel truly gave us our nights back! We went from sleeping in my son's room every night on a mattress next to his cot, to finally putting the mattress back in the spare room where it belongs! We completed a one week package with Rebel to help our daughter who was having a lot of trouble getting to sleep at bed time. Rebel was so helpful and provided us with the tweaks we needed to take bedtime from a process that sometimes took over an hour, to now having her go to sleep by herself in ten minutes! We cannot recommend Rebel enough. We were consistently spending hours everyday feeding and rocking our baby to sleep. He was waking for hours at a time during the night. A friend recommended we work with Rebel for my little guys' sleep, and I'm so glad we did! I was *very* nervous about sleep training, and in the days leading up to getting started, I felt super anxious in my head about whether we were doing the right thing for my 9-month-old. Prior to working with Rebel, he would only contact nap during the day after being rocked to sleep and rising super early in the morning. Some nights he'd sleep through, sometimes he'd be up 3 or 4 times. Now, we can put him down awake (day or night) and he'll happily get himself to sleep with no problems. He has 2 long naps during the day and sleeps through the night. In the few weeks since we finished up, we have travelled, gotten 2 new teeth and been sick—and through it all his sleep has been amazing! Thank you, Rebel! Rebel worked along side us to support our 7 month old twins in developing self-settling skills. Rebel continued to work with us until she was happy with where our boys sleep was at. Our daughter suffers from EoE and quite bad reflux, as such she had always been a terrible sleeper. Waking every 60-90 minutes overnight for a little more milk and a re-settle. After managing her reflux we were hopeful her sleep would naturally improve. Instead, the habits she had adapted to cope with her reflux symptoms continued. Regular waking, wanting small overnight feeds, needing to be held to sleep and regular reassurance - nothing had improved. We contacted Rebel for a consult, she developed a sleep plan taking into consideration our little ones needs. After 2 weeks our little one sleeps through the night. It was not without its challenges, but each time Rebel was there to guide us through and offer the support we needed. We can not express just how appreciative we are of Rebel and the work she has put in. Rebel turned our lives around after helping us get our 5 month old to sleep better. We learned his cues, gave ourselves permission to leave him to complain and self settle. Rebel was our second sleep consultant after a 3 month stint where our 10 month old was rendering us zombies with frequent night wakes needing pats for hours. My work and health took a toll. Where do I begin? I came to Rebel the morning after such rough months, I felt overwhelmed and so tired, that I knew I needed help! Hubby and I had been trying different methods to assist our 12-month-old to sleep and settle for naps and night without needing to be fed, rocked or swayed to sleep, nothing seemed to work.
