Rebel was our second sleep consultant after a 3 month stint where our 10 month old was rendering us zombies with frequent night wakes needing pats for hours. My work and health took a toll. Rebel’s sleep program completely transformed our little ones sleep routine! Our baby was not falling asleep independently (we rocked her for sometime hours to get her down) and waking up several times throughout the night which inevitably led to co-sleeping and two completely exhausted parents. Rebel was brilliant for saving our sleep! Our son's sleep rapidly declined when he hit 2 years old and Rebel was able to tweak his sleep schedules to make things work for us. Rebel is absolutely amazing! Our little Sienna would some days take 2 hours plus to get to sleep at night, was either fed or rocked to sleep and would only nap 30 - 40 minutes in the day. I was skeptical of “sleep training” as I didn’t want to put baby through stress and have her cry but Rebels practices meant Sienna knew she was loved and safe whilst still giving her the chance to learn to self soothe! Sienna now will put herself to sleep in 5 - 10 minutes, will sleep 1.5 hours or more and is so much happier after getting the rest she needs in the day! We can’t recommend Rebel enough! We couldn’t thank Rebel enough for the result out of our one week of support. Our baby slept through from the first night and has every night since for two months. Our baby went from not napping during the day properly, having false starts, unable to connect sleep cycles, to doing three proper naps & perfect overnight. Our baby also needed to get aggressively rocked to sleep, sometimes taking over a hour to get to sleep, and now she gets popped in the cot awake, and drifts off to sleep herself. Life changing. Rebel is great at answering questions even after our support week. Two months later & had an issue with getting down for bedtime nap, Rebel gave a quick answer and boom, baby was back on track first day. So amazing. Thank you again Rebel !!

We were recommended Rebel through a friend and so glad I booked that first phone call. We just finished up our 2 week support for our 6 month old and we all are so grateful! Rebel was able to work with us and support us to confidently help our son with self settling techniques. We were amazed when we saw improvements from night one! Having the 2 weeks of support allowed my husband and I to be able to check in with Rebel and trouble shoot any additional 'issues' we had during this time and make adjustments if and when needed. Rebel’s 30 minute consult was a life saver!! Our 4 month old was waking between 3-10 times a night. Rebel was life changing for us. Before we had Rebels help our twins were waking up 4-5 times a night taking short day naps. Rebel planned a really easy to follow and thorough sleep schedule for my 13 month old baby. She was waking 3-4 times through the night and being fed back to sleep. She was also in my bed. We completed a one week package with Rebel to help our daughter who was having a lot of trouble getting to sleep at bed time. Rebel was so helpful and provided us with the tweaks we needed to take bedtime from a process that sometimes took over an hour, to now having her go to sleep by herself in ten minutes! Rebel was so easy to work with and answered my questions each day to help make the changes we needed. By the end of the week we decided that my daughter was ready to drop down to two naps and Rebel provided us with a plan to navigate this process as well! We contacted Rebel after our little man had been struggling with split nights for a considerable time. We were honestly at our wits end. She patiently troubleshooted with us over the course of almost two months - it wasn't by any means a straight line but throughout Rebel was encouraging and reassuring that we would crack the problem. I’m sure all Rebel’s reviews start the same way. She’s absolutely amazing! We were skeptical about whether this would work because we had been drowning in so much inconsistent and variable information regarding sleep that we had no idea what to do. After buying several different sleep programs and feeling the constant disappointment of failure after each one, we decided to contact Rebel. From the very beginning we saw an immediate change in Hughie. We went from rocking him to sleep for over 40 minutes with several night wakes, only to be resettled with feeds, to putting him down in his cot and using other resettling techniques other than feeding. Fast forward a couple of weeks, Hughie is 5 months old, is sleeping through the night and the 4 months horror regression we were expecting, never hit. Still my partner and I put Hughie to bed, shut the door and walk away and cannot believe that he is asleep by the time we check the camera again. A friend recommended we work with Rebel for my little guys' sleep, and I'm so glad we did! I was *very* nervous about sleep training, and in the days leading up to getting started, I felt super anxious in my head about whether we were doing the right thing for my 9-month-old. Prior to working with Rebel, he would only contact nap during the day after being rocked to sleep and rising super early in the morning. Our daughter suffers from EoE and quite bad reflux, as such she had always been a terrible sleeper. Waking every 60-90 minutes overnight for a little more milk and a re-settle. After managing her reflux we were hopeful her sleep would naturally improve. Instead, the habits she had adapted to cope with her reflux symptoms continued. Regular waking, wanting small overnight feeds, needing to be held to sleep and regular reassurance - nothing had improved. I worked with Rebel for my 11 month olds sleep. He was still waking 2 sometimes 3 times a night for a feed. She helped transition him into sleeping overnight in a very gentle fashion. I was worried about spaced soothing but she encouraged me every night and I felt so supported even when things didn’t go as planned. My son now sleeps through, with the odd early morning wake but I feel like I’m equipped with a clear plan moving forward to deal with any sleep bumps in the road. Rebel turned our lives around after helping us get our 5 month old to sleep better. We learned his cues, gave ourselves permission to leave him to complain and self settle. We went from 4 feeds a night to sleeping through. Now he’s 11 months old he has 2 great naps a day and sleeps through the night. Rebel truly gave us our nights back! We went from sleeping in my son's room every night on a mattress next to his cot, to finally putting the mattress back in the spare room where it belongs! My 20-month-old is now able to put himself back to sleep at night if he wakes and definitely seems to have a more fulfilling and restorative sleep as he’s not waking as often. My daughter slept from 7 weeks old til 3.5m then hit the 4m regression hard. She would wake consistently between 5-9 times a night. At 10months old We worked with rebel and within 3-4 nights she was sleeping 7-8 hour chunks with only one wake. Would recommend 10/10.
