Amazing! Rebel helped us with our 4 and a half month old. She is now self settling without crying, having 3 solid naps and sleeping great overnight. This was all achieved in a 2 week period and while our little one was teething! We would highly recommend Rebel, communication was great and she was available to troubleshoot any issues that arose.

Rebel was our second sleep consultant after a 3 month stint where our 10 month old was rendering us zombies with frequent night wakes needing pats for hours. My work and health took a toll. Our sleep plan was clear, considered, and took into account our personal requests. She is also approachable and very lovely! Our little one now puts himself to AND stays asleep overnight. Where do I begin? I came to Rebel the morning after such rough months, I felt overwhelmed and so tired, that I knew I needed help! Hubby and I had been trying different methods to assist our 12-month-old to sleep and settle for naps and night without needing to be fed, rocked or swayed to sleep, nothing seemed to work. Rebel's approach was calm, reassuring yet very professional through the whole two weeks. She made me feel heard, understood and I took comfort in that. Fast forward now, our 12-month-old can self-settle, has no dependency to feed to sleep and is only waking once in the night IF at all! It's been a game-changer.. thank you, Rebel! We contacted Rebel after our little man had been struggling with split nights for a considerable time. We were honestly at our wits end. She patiently troubleshooted with us over the course of almost two months - it wasn't by any means a straight line but throughout Rebel was encouraging and reassuring that we would crack the problem. Rebel is absolutely amazing! Our little Sienna would some days take 2 hours plus to get to sleep at night, was either fed or rocked to sleep and would only nap 30 - 40 minutes in the day. I was skeptical of “sleep training” as I didn’t want to put baby through stress and have her cry but Rebels practices meant Sienna knew she was loved and safe whilst still giving her the chance to learn to self soothe! Sienna now will put herself to sleep in 5 - 10 minutes, will sleep 1.5 hours or more and is so much happier after getting the rest she needs in the day! We can’t recommend Rebel enough! Rebel has been absolutely outstanding with helping our 5 month old son after going through the 4-month regression. Rebel truly gave us our nights back! We went from sleeping in my son's room every night on a mattress next to his cot, to finally putting the mattress back in the spare room where it belongs! Our daughter suffers from EoE and quite bad reflux, as such she had always been a terrible sleeper. Waking every 60-90 minutes overnight for a little more milk and a re-settle. After managing her reflux we were hopeful her sleep would naturally improve. Instead, the habits she had adapted to cope with her reflux symptoms continued. Regular waking, wanting small overnight feeds, needing to be held to sleep and regular reassurance - nothing had improved. We cannot thank Rebel enough for literally saving our sanity! Our 7 month old was in a feed to sleep routine, I was spending 45 + mins in her room every sleep, she would only day sleep for max 30 mins and she was also waking every 2 hours overnight and waking religiously at 5am. I worked with Rebel for my 11 month olds sleep. He was still waking 2 sometimes 3 times a night for a feed. She helped transition him into sleeping overnight in a very gentle fashion. A friend recommended we work with Rebel for my little guys' sleep, and I'm so glad we did! I was *very* nervous about sleep training, and in the days leading up to getting started, I felt super anxious in my head about whether we were doing the right thing for my 9-month-old. Rebel was life changing for us. Before we had Rebels help our twins were waking up 4-5 times a night taking short day naps. Rebel’s sleep program completely transformed our little ones sleep routine! Our baby was not falling asleep independently (we rocked her for sometime hours to get her down) and waking up several times throughout the night which inevitably led to co-sleeping and two completely exhausted parents. 😴 We often think that the wind down time before bed needs to be quiet, calm, dark and tranquil.
😴 This is often not the case, especially as kids grow up and you have more of them!
😴 Bedtime routines can consist of all sorts of different activities, not just sitting and reading books!
😴 The only thing I always recommend is to avoid screens before bed!
