Rebel is absolutely amazing! Our little Sienna would some days take 2 hours plus to get to sleep at night, was either fed or rocked to sleep and would only nap 30 - 40 minutes in the day. I was skeptical of “sleep training” as I didn’t want to put baby through stress and have her cry but Rebels practices meant Sienna knew she was loved and safe whilst still giving her the chance to learn to self soothe! We cannot thank Rebel enough for literally saving our sanity! Amazing! Rebel helped us with our 4 and a half month old. She is now self settling without crying, having 3 solid naps and sleeping great overnight. I’m sure all Rebel’s reviews start the same way. She’s absolutely amazing! We were skeptical about whether this would work because we had been drowning in so much inconsistent and variable information regarding sleep that we had no idea what to do. After buying several different sleep programs and feeling the constant disappointment of failure after each one, we decided to contact Rebel. From the very beginning we saw an immediate change in Hughie. We went from rocking him to sleep for over 40 minutes with several night wakes, only to be resettled with feeds, to putting him down in his cot and using other resettling techniques other than feeding. Fast forward a couple of weeks, Hughie is 5 months old, is sleeping through the night and the 4 months horror regression we were expecting, never hit. Still my partner and I put Hughie to bed, shut the door and walk away and cannot believe that he is asleep by the time we check the camera again. Rebel planned a really easy to follow and thorough sleep schedule for my 13 month old baby. She was waking 3-4 times through the night and being fed back to sleep. She was also in my bed. Within a few days, my daughter was sleeping much better and in her own room, in her own cot. By the end of the week she was sleeping through the night. We cannot recommend Rebel enough. We were consistently spending hours everyday feeding and rocking our baby to sleep. He was waking for hours at a time during the night. My husband and I engaged Rebel when our baby was 3 months old, as we wanted to ensure we had the right sleep foundations in place from an early age. We couldn’t thank Rebel enough for the result out of our one week of support. Our baby slept through from the first night and has every night since for two months. Our baby went from not napping during the day properly, having false starts, unable to connect sleep cycles, to doing three proper naps & perfect overnight. A friend recommended we work with Rebel for my little guys' sleep, and I'm so glad we did! I was *very* nervous about sleep training, and in the days leading up to getting started, I felt super anxious in my head about whether we were doing the right thing for my 9-month-old. Prior to working with Rebel, he would only contact nap during the day after being rocked to sleep and rising super early in the morning. Some nights he'd sleep through, sometimes he'd be up 3 or 4 times. Now, we can put him down awake (day or night) and he'll happily get himself to sleep with no problems. We were recommended Rebel through a friend and so glad I booked that first phone call. We just finished up our 2 week support for our 6 month old and we all are so grateful! Rebel was able to work with us and support us to confidently help our son with self settling techniques. We were amazed when we saw improvements from night one! Where do I begin? I came to Rebel the morning after such rough months, I felt overwhelmed and so tired, that I knew I needed help! Hubby and I had been trying different methods to assist our 12-month-old to sleep and settle for naps and night without needing to be fed, rocked or swayed to sleep, nothing seemed to work. Rebel Kids has been a game changer for our family! Rebel worked with us to help our 4-month-old daughter, Frankie, go from waking up hourly overnight to just 1-2 times a night. Our daughter suffers from EoE and quite bad reflux, as such she had always been a terrible sleeper. Waking every 60-90 minutes overnight for a little more milk and a re-settle. After managing her reflux we were hopeful her sleep would naturally improve. Instead, the habits she had adapted to cope with her reflux symptoms continued. Regular waking, wanting small overnight feeds, needing to be held to sleep and regular reassurance - nothing had improved. We contacted Rebel for a consult, she developed a sleep plan taking into consideration our little ones needs. After 2 weeks our little one sleeps through the night. I worked with Rebel for my 11 month olds sleep. He was still waking 2 sometimes 3 times a night for a feed. She helped transition him into sleeping overnight in a very gentle fashion. I was worried about spaced soothing but she encouraged me every night and I felt so supported even when things didn’t go as planned. Rebel truly gave us our nights back! We went from sleeping in my son's room every night on a mattress next to his cot, to finally putting the mattress back in the spare room where it belongs! My 20-month-old is now able to put himself back to sleep at night if he wakes and definitely seems to have a more fulfilling and restorative sleep as he’s not waking as often. Rebel turned our lives around after helping us get our 5 month old to sleep better. We learned his cues, gave ourselves permission to leave him to complain and self settle. My daughter slept from 7 weeks old til 3.5m then hit the 4m regression hard. She would wake consistently between 5-9 times a night. At 10months old We worked with rebel and within 3-4 nights she was sleeping 7-8 hour chunks with only one wake. Would recommend 10/10.

Rebel’s sleep program completely transformed our little ones sleep routine! Our baby was not falling asleep independently (we rocked her for sometime hours to get her down) and waking up several times throughout the night which inevitably led to co-sleeping and two completely exhausted parents. I cannot recommend Rebel enough. The improvements we saw in our 4 month old’s sleep in just days was incredible. Our baby can now put herself to sleep in 5-10 mins on her own with no support required from us. We are much better parents with sleep and our baby is much happier too!!

Rebel has changed our lives! We knew we didn’t have a good routine, especially at night time, however we didn’t know how to change it and what our evenings could actually look like. Fast forward a day or two and our 10 month old went from waking several times and being awake for long periods overnight to sleeping through! 🤗 She now goes down within minutes both during the day and night and we can actually eat dinner together and have time to ourselves at night!! Rebel was life changing for us. Before we had Rebels help our twins were waking up 4-5 times a night taking short day naps. They are now only waking once a night and we have consolidated their day sleep with long naps. She gave me the tools that if a nap didn’t go to plan we could adjust and reset. It was the best thing for my husband and I. I feel like I am a better mum for it.

Absolutely changed our lives! We followed all of RT’s advice and our 6 month old now has gone from waking up up to 8 times in the night, to only once or twice for a feed. Day naps are also longer! Putting our baby down for naps and bedtime was also terribly hard and would sometimes take an hour to help him fall asleep. Now he falls asleep on his own within 5 minutes. Thank you so much!
