Rebel’s sleep program completely transformed our little ones sleep routine! Our baby was not falling asleep independently (we rocked her for sometime hours to get her down) and waking up several times throughout the night which inevitably led to co-sleeping and two completely exhausted parents. Amazing! Rebel helped us with our 4 and a half month old. She is now self settling without crying, having 3 solid naps and sleeping great overnight. This was all achieved in a 2 week period and while our little one was teething! We would highly recommend Rebel, communication was great and she was available to troubleshoot any issues that arose.

We cannot recommend Rebel enough. We were consistently spending hours everyday feeding and rocking our baby to sleep. He was waking for hours at a time during the night. Rebel provided us with a detailed plan and a gentle approach to self settling. Our son started sleeping through the night from the first night and has been consistently doing so for weeks now. Where do I begin? I came to Rebel the morning after such rough months, I felt overwhelmed and so tired, that I knew I needed help! Hubby and I had been trying different methods to assist our 12-month-old to sleep and settle for naps and night without needing to be fed, rocked or swayed to sleep, nothing seemed to work. My daughter slept from 7 weeks old til 3.5m then hit the 4m regression hard. She would wake consistently between 5-9 times a night. At 10months old We worked with rebel and within 3-4 nights she was sleeping 7-8 hour chunks with only one wake. Would recommend 10/10.

Rebel was brilliant for saving our sleep! Our son's sleep rapidly declined when he hit 2 years old and Rebel was able to tweak his sleep schedules to make things work for us. Rebel was life changing for us. Before we had Rebels help our twins were waking up 4-5 times a night taking short day naps. They are now only waking once a night and we have consolidated their day sleep with long naps. She gave me the tools that if a nap didn’t go to plan we could adjust and reset. We completed a one week package with Rebel to help our daughter who was having a lot of trouble getting to sleep at bed time. Rebel was so helpful and provided us with the tweaks we needed to take bedtime from a process that sometimes took over an hour, to now having her go to sleep by herself in ten minutes! We came to Rebel as we were spending hours each night breastfeeding and rocking our 13-month-old to sleep and dealing with 3 to 4-night wakings each night. Our daughter suffers from EoE and quite bad reflux, as such she had always been a terrible sleeper. Waking every 60-90 minutes overnight for a little more milk and a re-settle. After managing her reflux we were hopeful her sleep would naturally improve. Instead, the habits she had adapted to cope with her reflux symptoms continued. Regular waking, wanting small overnight feeds, needing to be held to sleep and regular reassurance - nothing had improved. We contacted Rebel for a consult, she developed a sleep plan taking into consideration our little ones needs. After 2 weeks our little one sleeps through the night. It was not without its challenges, but each time Rebel was there to guide us through and offer the support we needed. Rebel turned our world upside down and was a true superhero. She helped our family tremendously with the best support, advice & guidance. Rebel is absolutely amazing! Our little Sienna would some days take 2 hours plus to get to sleep at night, was either fed or rocked to sleep and would only nap 30 - 40 minutes in the day. I was skeptical of “sleep training” as I didn’t want to put baby through stress and have her cry but Rebels practices meant Sienna knew she was loved and safe whilst still giving her the chance to learn to self soothe! Sienna now will put herself to sleep in 5 - 10 minutes, will sleep 1.5 hours or more and is so much happier after getting the rest she needs in the day! We can’t recommend Rebel enough! We contacted Rebel after our little man had been struggling with split nights for a considerable time. We were honestly at our wits end. Rebel truly gave us our nights back! We went from sleeping in my son's room every night on a mattress next to his cot, to finally putting the mattress back in the spare room where it belongs! My 20-month-old is now able to put himself back to sleep at night if he wakes and definitely seems to have a more fulfilling and restorative sleep as he’s not waking as often. I worked with Rebel for my 11 month olds sleep. He was still waking 2 sometimes 3 times a night for a feed. She helped transition him into sleeping overnight in a very gentle fashion. I was worried about spaced soothing but she encouraged me every night and I felt so supported even when things didn’t go as planned. My son now sleeps through, with the odd early morning wake but I feel like I’m equipped with a clear plan moving forward to deal with any sleep bumps in the road. A friend recommended we work with Rebel for my little guys' sleep, and I'm so glad we did! I was *very* nervous about sleep training, and in the days leading up to getting started, I felt super anxious in my head about whether we were doing the right thing for my 9-month-old. Prior to working with Rebel, he would only contact nap during the day after being rocked to sleep and rising super early in the morning. Some nights he'd sleep through, sometimes he'd be up 3 or 4 times. Now, we can put him down awake (day or night) and he'll happily get himself to sleep with no problems.
